Our IDEA Global Internship Program
Our IDEA Global Internship Program is a full-time paid internship for approximately 12 weeks starting in or around June 2022. Interns will receive support, coaching and mentorship, gain practical work experience, and develop new skills to expand their career possibilities.

Through the course of the program, we’ve designed a variety of exciting, fun and thoughtful sessions, and experiences. There will also be opportunities to connect, collaborate and build relationships with interns across the globe. All interns follow two tracks of learning: the in-depth learning and skillset relevant to their role and the broad breadth knowledge of our business operations. Our IDEA Global Internship Program curates a journey for each intern to discover where their passions lie and helps them lay out their career path.

About this team
APAC Product Creation is a design and development team based in our HK office.

The APAC product creation team is about "Small Team / Big Impact".
Within the team, we design, develop, approve, and commercialize product for Asia and AUZ.
We collaborate with our cross-functional partners within lululemon as part of the bigger business.
We partner with a select group of vendors to build, cost, and buy product especially suited to our region’s climates and cultures.
We pilot new ways of working to streamline decision making and shorten lead times for product to market.

A day in the life:

All our interns play an important role in our business and are key members of the team. Some of the tasks, roles and responsibilities include:
Be part of the end-to-end process and development of our products.
Research, analyze and provide market and design research.
Contribute to design and development work for product creation, both creative and technical.
Provide daily support and coordination with the APAC Product Creation team.
Present a presentation at the end of the internship illustrating what you have learnt and researched.
